New Hampshire, the "Live Free or Die" state has been home for Carol for over 40 years. Originally from Malden, MA. Carol bought an old one room schoolhouse in Granite from her parents where she resides today. Here, she has been able to realize her childhood dream of owning and enjoying the company of her 2 horses "Blondie and Cloud" and her German Sheppard "Toby", something that was not possible in the city.

Carol is the broker owner of Realty Leaders, living and working in the Lakes and Mountains Region. "We are in the people  business" and showcasing the New Hampshire lifestyle through real estate is my job.

Whether I'm welcoming first-time home buyers to New Hampshire or generating rich marketing content for sellers, it's all about what we can do to help you with your real estate needs. Carol is "Client Focused and Results Driven"!

Young and looking to find her way, she started working at the original Sunny Villa Restaurant. Chris Powers took a shy young girl and taught her how to run a business. Beginning as a hostess, then drafted to waitressing, when Sunny Villa closed in 1989, Carol was managing 2 gift shops on the hill.

Her experiences there prepared her well for the next 9 years of managing Ossipee Valley Energy, a wood stove, coal: and wholesale establishment located in Ossipee Village. Her next venture was at Audioplex in Melvin Village.

Upon leaving there she took a position as a graphic artist; it was there that she was introduced to the world of real estate sales. Carol's personality is geared to helping others. She obtained her real estate license in 2008, opening a whole new arena where she could work with many people, helping them find their dream home or sell their home!

While Carol works primarily in Carroll County, she is happy to assist clients anywhere in New Hampshire.
